In this video, we present the new „Applications“ module, which was added to the system on 7 February 2023. The most important points here are
Submit an application: With the requests module, it is easy to submit requests for holidays, sick leave, special leave or other periods of employment that need to be approved by the administration or HR department. Users can submit a request by defining the type of request, the recipient, a short description and the date.
Accept and reject applications: The administration or HR department can accept or reject these requests. Requests that have been accepted are automatically converted into time entries. Users are informed via the notification centre when their request has been processed.
Applications with files: A file may be required for certain types of applications, such as sick leave. Users can upload this file during the application process.
