In this video, we present the improvements to the „Events“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 February 2023. The most important points here are
Series dates: With the update, it is now possible to create series appointments in the system. Users can define an appointment and have it repeated in a series. The repetition can be weekly, monthly or yearly, and users can define the number of repetitions or an end date for the series.
Date changes: If an appointment in the series is changed, the system asks whether the change should apply to this one appointment, all future appointments or all appointments in the series. This offers flexibility when managing series appointments.
Appointment cancellation: Similar to the changes, users can delete an individual appointment, all previous appointments, all future appointments or the entire series. If an appointment is deleted from the series, it remains as an individual appointment.
Special functions: There are also special functions for creating appointments, such as creating appointments only on the first or last day of the month.
