In this video, we present the improvements to the „Finance“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 February 2023. The most important points here are
Batch processing: Batch processing is now available for billing contracts. Users can select multiple contracts and bill them simultaneously. The system shows which contracts have been successfully billed and which require a check.
QR code on invoices: A QR code is now displayed on the invoice PDFs. This can be scanned with a phone to transfer the money quickly. This is particularly useful for deductible invoices where clients pay part of the bill themselves.
