In this video, we present the improvements to the „Expenses“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 February 2023. The most important points here are
AI analysis of receipts: With the update, it is now possible to analyse receipts using artificial intelligence (AI). When a receipt is uploaded, the system analyses the receipt and outputs data such as invoice issuer, net amounts, tax amounts and gross amounts. This simplifies the management of receipts and makes entering expenses more efficient.
Automatic splitting of expenses: The system can now automatically split expenditure items based on tax rates. This simplifies the management of expenses and makes the billing of contracts more efficient.
QR code on invoices: A QR code is now displayed on the invoice PDFs. This can be scanned with a phone to transfer the money quickly. This is particularly useful for deductible invoices where clients pay part of the bill themselves.
