In this video, we present the improvements to the „Persons and organisational units“ module, which were implemented in the system on 01.03.2023. The most important points here are
Socio-demographic data: The socio-demographic data has been expanded. Users can now also specify the type of disability. This is a free text field in which users can enter specific information. This data can also be displayed in the person overview.
Categories of persons: There is now a mask for person categories. Users can create a new category and assign it to a person. This makes it easier to organise and categorise people in the system.
Personal connections: There is now a screen for person connection types. Users can define different roles within a family or network and assign them to a person. This enables a better visualisation of the relationships between people.
