In this video, we present the improvements to the „Contracts“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 March 2023. The most important points here are
Copy contracts: If a person already receiving care returns to the centre, it is no longer necessary to create a completely new contract. Instead, the existing contract can simply be copied and the necessary changes made.
Overview of care days: In the contract overview and in every table in which contracts are displayed, it is now possible to see how many days a support programme has lasted in total. This simplifies the overview and enables targeted filtering.
Contract review: An additional column has been added to the contract check to indicate whether the quota is a period quota. This is important for checking the quota status.
Type of activities and billing settings: In the types of activities, you can now define how time is allocated. For example, it can be set that times are not allocated according to linked organisational units or linked persons. This enables flexible adjustment of the billing.
