In this video, we present the improvements to the „Finance“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 March 2023. The most important points here are
Manual billing of expenses: It is now possible to settle expenses manually. This is particularly useful if a person who has already received care returns to the centre and a completely new contract does not need to be created. Instead, the existing contract can simply be copied and the necessary changes made.
Contract billing with manual adjustments: Contract invoicing has been simplified and can now also be carried out manually. It is now possible to check which times are posted to which invoice items in order to have more security and control.
Overview of care days: In the contract overview and in every table in which contracts are displayed, it is now possible to see how many days a support programme has lasted in total. This simplifies the overview and enables targeted filtering.
