We are pleased to introduce the latest update for our SocialDB software. This update brings a number of improvements and new features specifically tailored to the needs of the social sector.
Renewed input fieldsWe have renewed and improved all input fields in the software. They have been standardised throughout the SocialDB software, resulting in an improved user experience.
Advanced user settings: The user settings have been extended. You can now set whether or not the long description in a time entry is adopted from an appointment. This setting can be customised individually by each user.
Improved time recordingWe have made adjustments in the area of time recording. Templates for times can now be easily saved and reloaded. We have also introduced warnings that can be found in the entries and in the working time overview.
New menu item for applicationsWe have introduced a separate menu item for applications. Here you can easily display and manage applications in an overview.
Updates in the financial area: In the Finance area, we have transferred the invoice correction mask from Social B 2020 to the new SocialDB.
File managementFiles: You now have the option of downloading several files as one zip file. This is particularly useful if you want to send several files as one package.
Extensions in the signature moduleWe have introduced new masks in the signatures module. One refers to the hours of care provided for a person and the other is called „Sign my time requests“.
