In this video, we present the improvements to the „Applications“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 June 2023. The most important points here are
New overview and masks: The applications module has been greatly expanded and now offers a broader overview. There are now four screens: Applications overview, Open applications, Applications addressed to me and My applications. These screens allow users to manage and monitor their applications more efficiently.
Applications Overview: In the applications overview, users can select which applications should be displayed based on the users and the application status. You can also hide applications that have already been accepted.
Open applications: The Open applications screen displays all applications that have not yet been confirmed or rejected. Users can check the requests and then accept or reject them.
Requests addressed to me: This screen only displays the requests that are addressed to the user. These are the requests that the user must accept or reject.
My applications: Users can view their own applications in the My applications screen. This screen is particularly important for all employees as they can monitor their own applications.
