In this video, we present the improvements to the „Finance“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 June 2023. The most important points here are
Invoice correction mask: Invoices can be processed more efficiently with the new invoice correction screen. Old invoice items are displayed with a minus amount and new items with a plus amount. This provides a clear overview of the changes.
Invoicing multiple addresses: When creating a new invoice, you can now select from several stored addresses. You can also search for an address by entering the company name or the address.
Taxes and tax codes: Taxes and tax codes can now be stored in the system. This is particularly useful for transferring data to the accounting department.
