In this video, we present the improvements to the „Files“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 June 2023. The most important points here are
Download file: Users can now select and download several files at the same time. The selected files are merged into one large ZIP file.
Assign file: It is now possible to open files one after the other and assign a tag to each one. This makes it easier to manage and categorise files.
File connections: Users can now create links between files. This is particularly useful if certain files belong together or refer to each other.
AI analysis (Beta): A new function that is still in the beta phase is AI analysis. This function analyses documents and provides data on them. The results of the analysis are not yet visible in the main view, but will be displayed in a separate screen as soon as this is available.
