In this video, we present the improvements to the „Digital signature“ module, which were implemented in the system on 1 June 2023. The most important points here are
Sign the childcare times: With the update, users can now sign a client's care periods. This can be done for all times in which a particular client was cared for, regardless of who provided the care.
Sign my childcare times: It is also possible to sign only your own time entries.
Automatic selection of unsigned time entries: The system automatically selects only those time entries that have not yet been signed. This simplifies the signature capture process considerably.
Creation of signature requests: Users can create signature requests and either sign directly or create a link. This link can then be copied or sent by e-mail.
