In this video, we present the improvements to the Contracts module that were implemented in the system on 2 March 2022. The most important points here are
Quota view and aliquotation on the basis of organisational units: Users now have the option of viewing and managing quotas for different organisational units and persons. If a lesson is booked for several units or persons, this lesson is distributed aliquot to all affected quotas.
Contract review and contingent overview: A new function in the contracts is the contingent overview. All valid contracts for a selected period are listed here. There are new columns that show the overall status of the contract, the quota status and the rule status. Coloured dots indicate whether all conditions have been met (green), whether there are problems (red) or whether certain elements are not yet due (dark grey).
Calculated quotas: In addition to the manually created quotas, calculated quotas are now also displayed. These quotas are calculated based on the user's entries for the week, month, quarter and year.
