Enter expenses for aliquotation in contract accounting: Users now have the option of entering expenses so that they are correctly allocated to the accounting period as part of a contract settlement. This is demonstrated using an example of spending pocket money on residents of a residential property.
Create and document expenses: The video guides you through the process of creating an expense, including entering details such as invoice number, note, issue date, service period, payment type and recipient. It also shows how to copy an expense to use it for another recipient.
Overview of related expenses: Users can now view an overview of all expenses associated with a particular person. This is shown using the example of spending on pocket money for a specific person.
