In this video, we present the improvements to the „Finance“ module in relation to billing, which were implemented in the system on 2 March 2022. The most important points here are
Settlement of daily rates and expenses: Users now have the option of automatically allocating daily rates and expenses as part of the contract settlement. This is demonstrated using an example of spending pocket money to residents of a residential property.
Aliquotation on the basis of organisational units: When billing time entries, aliquoting is now taken into account on the basis of the relevant organisational units. This means that the costs are distributed to the various organisational units specified in the time entries.
Creation of cancellation invoices: Users can now cancel invoices in SocialDB. A cancellation invoice is created automatically and the original invoice is marked as cancelled.
Display of the performance period in invoices: When creating invoices, the service period is now automatically displayed as a separate column. This makes it easier to keep track of the period for which the invoice applies.
