In this video, we present the improvements to the „Finance“ module in relation to invoice files, which were imported into the system on 2 March 2022. The most important points here are
Merging of invoice PDFs and enclosures: Users now have the option of merging invoice PDFs and enclosures into a single PDF file. This is particularly useful if several documents belong to one invoice and these are to be sent as one file.
Creation of cancellation invoices: Users can now cancel invoices in SocialDB. A cancellation invoice is created automatically and the original invoice is marked as cancelled.
Display of the performance period in invoices: When creating invoices, the service period is now automatically displayed as a separate column. This makes it easier to keep track of the period for which the invoice applies.
Sending invoices by e-mail: Users can now send the created invoices directly to the recipient by email. To do this, the recipient's email address is taken from the contract data and the invoice can be sent directly from SocialDB.
