In this video, we present the improvements to the „Finance“ module, which were implemented in the system on 2 December 2022. The most important points here are
New mask Invoice items: There is now an overview of all invoice items in the selected period. Users can display the invoice number, status, customer name, invoice date, net, gross and debit accounts for the item. There are also a number of other fields that can be customised. Users can now also copy by customer and get a quick listing of what invoice items a particular customer has received.
Files for invoices - detailed view: Users can now click on an invoice entry and open the invoice directly. This makes it easier to access invoices and allows users to delete unnecessary files or data that they no longer need.
These improvements should make it easier for users to keep an overview of their finances and facilitate their analyses within the company. We look forward to offering you more efficiency and a better overview with these functions.
