The video provides a detailed insight into two central functions of the update: the archiving function and the extended data display.
- Archiving functionThis function allows users to archive both persons and organisational units. When a person or organisational unit is archived, it is removed from the general display and from certain functions such as time recording. However, archived entries can be displayed again by clicking on the archive box. There is also an option in the personal settings that allows archived persons and organisational units to be displayed permanently.
- Extended data displayThe software now displays additional data for people and organisational units, such as insurance data and bank details. This is shown in the video using the example of a person in care called Lukas. Details such as bank details, insurance details and socio-demographic data are displayed.
