In this video, we present the improvements to the Events module that were implemented in the system on 10 January 2022. The most important points here are
- User selection for events: With the update, users can now define for which other users an event should be created. This is similar to the functionality that is already available in time recording. For example, users can enter an appointment for a colleague and link it to a specific person or group.
- Event display: After an event has been created, it is not displayed in the calendar of the creator, but in the calendar of the selected user. When the selected user opens their calendar, they can see the event and also recognise who created the event. If the event is edited, the „Last edited“ information is also displayed.
