In this video, we present the improvements to the ‚Finance‘ module that were implemented in the system on 22 October 2022. The most important points here are
Invoice status and new columns: There is now a new column in the invoice list that shows the invoice status. Here, users can see at a glance whether an invoice is paid, open or cancelled. There is also the option to create invoices and enclosures in a ZIP file.
Create ZIP file: Users can now create a ZIP file that contains either just the invoices, the invoices and enclosures separately or the invoices and enclosures together in one PDF. This makes it easier to manage and send invoices and enclosures.
Mark invoices as paid: There is now a clear list in which all open invoices are displayed. Users can select these invoices and mark them as paid. The paid invoices then drop out of the list.
Offset uncharged entries: In billing, there is now the option of only billing entries that have not yet been billed. If users select this option, only the time entries that have not yet been invoiced are included in the invoice.
