In this video, we present the improvements to the ‚Contracts, files, expenses, attachments‘ module, which were implemented in the system on 22 October 2022. The most important points here are
Contracts - time filter and new columns: A time filter has been added to the contract overview that only shows active contracts in the selected period. This shortens the loading times for many contracts. New columns for extended organisational units have also been added.
Files - Edit file tags: It is now possible to create and edit file tags directly in the files. This makes it easier to manage and assign files.
Issues - PDF Print: Expense items can now be printed in a PDF. This provides a better overview and control of the expenses.
Attachments - logbook PDF print: In the area of assets, it is now possible to print the logbook of an asset as a PDF. This makes it easier to manage and monitor journeys.
