In this video, we present the improvements to the „Systems“ module that were implemented in the system on 24 June 2022. The most important points here are
Attachments Module: A new module for attachments has been introduced. This module has been taken from the old SocialDB and expanded to make it easier to manage assets. Users can now create assets with a label and description, record the location and mileage (if relevant) and even upload a picture of the asset.
Reservations and logbook: Reservations can be made for each system and displayed in a calendar. There is also a logbook in which journeys with the respective system can be documented. This is particularly useful for vehicles or other mobile systems.
Message when leaving the page: If users want to leave a page with unsaved changes, a warning message is now displayed. This is to prevent users from accidentally losing changes.
Plant overview and reservation list: There is a clear system overview and a reservation list in which all reservations made are displayed. Users can filter by certain types of facilities to improve the overview.
