Since 2016, Gutleben Systems has set itself a goal with the SocialDB software - to make administration in the social sector simpler and clearer and thus relieve you in your daily work. This allows you to concentrate fully on your core activities.

You choose from a current range of 25 modules tailored to your needs, which in turn can be adapted in detail to your organisation(s).

With the organisation modules, you can manage all the master data of your employees, clients, authorities, clients and cost units. You assign tasks and authorisations and can thus map your entire organisational structure in SocialDB.

Addressee:inside

You enter each of your addressees with their own personal profile and can store all important documents and information directly with the person. Linking functions allow you to assign the person to your respective organisation or offer. Employees can also assign their working time directly to addressees. If necessary, you can easily map entire family or support systems of your recipients.

SocialDB saves time in your documentation work!  

The voice input function allows you to document services, networks, etc. directly afterwards. Using the mobile app, this can be done anywhere from a smartphone, tablet or PC.

Division management

SocialDB is flexible and needs-orientated - the system can be set up to meet your specific requirements in the areas of employee time management, documentation and reporting. By assigning access rights, you can control access to all data within your department and your team. Numerous analysis options provide you with all relevant data for quantitative reporting on a daily basis with just a few clicks.

Administration

With SocialDB, you can create a digital personnel file for your staff. All documents, applications and confirmations can be sent to you directly by the employees in SocialDB and filed with the respective person.

The daily transmission of working time records saves you an enormous amount of time at the end of the month when calculating working times. In addition, relevant data for payroll accounting can be easily exported and transmitted from the system.

The system can be set up to meet your individual billing requirements for funding bodies, cost centres or authorities so that you can carry out digital invoicing. You always have an overview of your invoices and can also transfer them to your accounting programme using the interface function.

Management

SocialDB supports and relieves you in your GDPR-compliant control and planning function. Maintain an overview of your business activities. In SocialDB, you can map your organisational structure, define authorisations and assign your defined roles to employees.
