In this video, we present the improvements to the „Persons and organisational units“ module, which were implemented in the system on 01.02.2023. The most important points here are
UID number check: The VAT number is now automatically checked when company data is entered. The system can add company data for persons and organisational units. If a UID number is entered, the system automatically fills in the company value and the UID and copies the address into the contact data.
Categories of persons: There is now a mask for person categories. Users can enter the category name and the discount number. This screen has been moved from the club session V2 to the SocialDB.
Advancements: There is now an overview of upcoming advancements. In addition to the date of advancement, there is now also a holiday advancement date. Users can filter by these dates and display additional data.
