In this video, we present the improvements to the „Time recording“ module, which were implemented in the system on 1 March 2023. The most important points here are
Warnings and working time violations: Warnings and working time violations are now displayed in the working time overview and entries. If an entry violates a working time rule, a warning icon is displayed. Users can click on this icon to see the specific entries that have caused a rule violation. There is also a column for warnings where users can show and hide the warnings.
Takeover of the selection from user:inside: The settings made in the working hours overview are now transferred to the day view. This applies to the time period and the selected users. These settings are also transferred to the entries and the logbook, as well as to the analyses. This enables a consistent view of working times across all screens.
