This video presents the new functions and menu items in the SocialDB software, which are available under the menu item „Working time models“.
- You can create specific working time models for different roles in your company. For example, you can create a model for the management that is not subject to the usual working time laws.
- You can define the maximum working time per day, the minimum break time after a certain working time and the rest time between two working days.
- You can define different working time types for different periods and days of the week. For example, you can specify that the time from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. is considered normal working time, the time from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. is considered night work and the time on Sundays and public holidays is considered Sunday and public holiday work.
- You can then assign these working time models to the people in your company.
- In time recording, the working times are categorised according to the assigned model and displayed in the working time distribution.
- You can also enter working times for special occasions such as public holidays and these are taken into account accordingly in the working time model.
