In this video, we present the improvements to the „Time recording“ module that were implemented in the system on 1 April 2022. The most important points here are
Allowances in time recording: Users now have the option of defining and managing allowances in time recording. An allowance can be assigned to a specific time recording type so that it is automatically applied when an employee performs a corresponding activity.
Exclusion of certain types of time recording in working time models: Certain time recording types can now be excluded in the working time models. This is useful if certain activities should not be counted as part of a specific working time (e.g. night work).
Confirmation of working hours: There is now an additional column in the overview of working time confirmations that shows who has confirmed the working time. This provides more transparency and traceability.
