In this video, we present the improvements to the „Time recording“ module, which were implemented in the system on 1 June 2023. The most important points here are
Templates for time entries: With the update, users can now create templates for time entries. This is particularly useful if certain entries are repeated regularly. The templates can be saved individually or for all users.
Warnings in time recording: Warnings in the system are now not only displayed in the day view, but also in the working hours overview and in the entries. This allows users to quickly see when entries are not as expected. For example, warnings can be triggered if break times have not been adhered to or the maximum permitted working time of 10 hours has been exceeded.
