In this video, we present the improvements to the „Time recording“ module, which were implemented in the system on 02.12.2022. The most important points here are
Input fields: The input fields have been improved and the speed increased. Among other things, this affects the entry of times, time recording types, the selection of organisational units and persons as well as the date. These improvements make using the screen on a mobile phone smoother.
Analyses: There are new evaluation options and visual customisations. Users can now obtain an overview of their time entries in the form of diagrams and lists. These diagrams are interactive and allow users to display partial information on a node.
Time confirmations: The automatic time confirmation can now be made dependent not only on the calendar date, but also on the working day. This offers more flexibility and allows employees to be given a reasonable amount of time to complete their entries.
Diagram groups: There is an overview of the diagram groups without emptiness or all diagram groups. This allows users to get a good overview of how the time entries in the system basically fall and which areas or groups take up how much.
