In this video, we present the improvements to the „Persons and organisational units“ module, which were implemented in the system on 02.12.2022. The most important points here are
Occupations: There is now a tab with jobs that provides a quick overview of which jobs have been created for a person. Here, users can view the job title, classification and gross salary.
Job title as selection field: The job titles have now been designed as selection fields. This enables a standardised designation of the job titles. Users can choose from various job titles or, if they have the authorisation, create a new job title.
Management of job titles: Under the „People“ tab, users now have the option of managing job titles. They can merge job titles and, for example, assign all people who currently have a specific job title to a different job title.
