We present the new features in time recording.
- Selection of only permitted persons and organisational unitsThe time recording function now only shows the people and organisational units that the user is authorised to see. This is demonstrated in the video using the example of a carer named Markus. When Markus enters a carer, he can only select the families and persons for whom he is responsible. However, there is a substitution option that allows him to select all families and individuals.
- Hide similar entries: On the right side of the time tracking function, there is now an option to hide or show similar entries, depending on the user's needs.
- New display for daily view and entriesThe display of the day view and the entries in the time recording has been adjusted. There is now an option to hide the working time overview to create more space for displaying data. In addition, the user can scroll through all entries, which provides a better overview.
