In this video, we present the improvements to the „General, Contracts, Time Recording“ modules that were implemented in the system on 16 August 2022. The most important points here are
Performance and speed: Significant improvements have been made to the performance and speed of SocialDB. This affects login, navigation in the app and data loading.
Time recording - Additional columns: Additional columns can now be selected in the time recording, including the full-day entry and the total kilometres. The full day entry shows whether an entry covers an entire day. The total kilometres add up all the kilometres entered, including car kilometres, business trips and bicycle trips.
Contracts - contract creator: The contract creator can now be displayed in the contract overview. This makes it possible to quickly see who created the contract.
Contract review - quota levels: In the contract check, not only the quota levels can now be displayed, but also the total quota, the used quota and the remaining quota. This provides a better overview and control of the contracts.
