In this video, we present the improvements to the „Persons and organisational units“ module, which were imported into the system on 22.10.2022. The most important points here are
bring people together: There is now a function that makes it possible to avoid duplicate person profiles. If users create a new person and would supposedly also create a person twice, the system displays existing names. If a person is nevertheless created twice, personal profiles can now be merged. Users can select precisely which data they want to transfer.
Contract information for persons and organisational units: Contract information can now be viewed in the person and organisational unit profiles. This facilitates the management and overview of contracts.
Master data PDF Print: It is now possible to print a person's master data as a PDF. This can be useful to have an overview of the most important information about a person.
Notes on employment relationships: Notes can now be added to the employment relationships. This can help to record important information about an employment relationship.
