This video presents the options available to you when entering times in the SocialDB software.
- You can define whether and which organisational units can or must be filled in for the time entry, based on the time recording type.
- For example, if you select the time tracking type „Meetings“, the SocialDB can be set so that you have to add a team to this time entry before you can save the entry.
- When you create an entry, similar entries will appear on the right-hand side, including entries from colleagues if you are jointly managing a case or if someone has stepped in and made a substitution.
- Icons are also displayed that are stored directly in the contract with the family or client and represent the goals that are to be achieved as part of the support.
- Depending on the topic you have dealt with during the appointment, different text suggestions will be proposed to you in the short description.
- It is now also possible to display contract notes directly with the time entry.
- Another new feature is the „Save and New“ button next to the familiar „Save“ button. If you click on „Save and new“, all completed fields are deleted and you can enter all data again.
