This video introduces the new functions and menu items in the SocialDB software, which are available under the „Time recording“ menu item.
- Under the menu item „Public holidays“ you can import Austrian public holidays automatically. You can also create individual public holidays manually and define whether or not the planned working time should be counted on a public holiday.
- There is a new menu item „Holidays“ where you can view the holiday entries of people to whom you have access.
- Under the menu item „Working hours overview“ there are new columns that can be displayed, including the full-time equivalent, the number of hours and the workload in per cent.
- Another new menu item under „Time recording“ is „Enter time“. Here you can select all users with an active employment relationship and make full-day or multi-day entries for them.
