This video presents the enhancements in the area of organisational units and persons in the SocialDB software.
- Some fields have been expanded in the socio-demographic data area. There is now a function that automatically suggests data already entered in this field. For example, if you enter „Apprentice“ in the „Employment status“ field, it will also be displayed as a selection option for the next person.
- A new „Co-insured with“ field has been added to the insurance data section. For example, you can specify that a person is co-insured with their father or mother.
- Entries from colleagues are displayed in a person's calendar if you have access to these colleagues. This means that if you are authorised to view general time entries from colleagues, these will also appear in the calendar for the connected persons.
- The calendar also displays all time entries, events or attendances of internal employees from your contracts that you are responsible for.
- You can also see the times associated with the type of activity in your contract.
