This video presents the functions of the „Files“ menu item in the SocialDB software.
- The entire „Files“ menu item, including all submenu items, is available in the new SocialDB. There is no longer a time restriction, all files are displayed.
- The folder view is based on the tags that have been assigned. You can click on a folder to display all files to which this tag has been assigned.
- There is a search function that searches both in the displayed files and in the subfolders.
- You can change the view to a list format, in which case the files are displayed one below the other in a list view.
- By right-clicking on a file, you can assign tags, create file links to contracts, persons and organisational units, download or delete the file.
- You can upload your files directly using the „Upload files“ button.
- The „General files“ menu item displays all files that have been given a special file tag.
- The „File tags“ menu item shows a list of all existing tags and you can edit, delete or add new ones.
