SocialDB Update 23.12.2021 - 06 contracts

This video presents the enhancements and customisations in the area of contracts in the SocialDB software.

  • In the „Roles“ menu item, you can assign roles for persons working internally and assign these to the respective persons in a contract.
  • The contract creation screen has been visually adapted and now has different tabs depending on which authorisations you have.
  • Based on the type of activity, you can define whether additional organisational units should be displayed as selection options.
  • You can create new quotas in the „Quotas“ area.
  • The invoice data is stored in the „Invoice data“ area.
  • In the „Rules and files“ section, you can link rules to your contract and upload files to the contract.
  • In the „Recurring expenses“ area, you can create recurring expenses that are always incurred in a contract.
  • In the „Legal“ section, there is a new field in which you can define the legal basis.
  • You can store general notes about your contract in the „Notes“ section.
  • You have the option of loading or saving a template. For example, you can define different templates for different areas in your organisation in order to create contracts more quickly and easily.
  • The type of activity in a contract can be linked to a time recording type. This means that the time entries to which the time recording type belongs are displayed in the client's calendar.
