You can define different shifts such as early shift, late shift, night on-call duty and monitoring duty and assign them to employees. Assignments are made simply by dragging and dropping. - You can also plan courses or workshops by defining and assigning modules to your clients. These schedules then appear in the calendar of the people concerned.
- You can create attendance lists based on these schedules. When you open a scheduled appointment, you can directly create a time entry and document the attendance of the people involved. People who were not present can be removed from the list.
- You can also create attendance lists independently of a time entry. You can define the time period, select the persons concerned and specify the status (present, absent, excused, etc.). You can also add comments and create detailed documentation for each person.
- The attendance lists created are displayed in the calendar of the persons concerned.
