In this video, we present the improvements to the „Time recording“ module, which were implemented in the system on 24 June 2022. The most important points here are
Define and evaluate working time rules: Users can now define working time rules in the working time models. For example, rules can be defined for overtime (over 12 hours per day or over 60 hours per week). These rules are automatically analysed and displayed in the working time overview.
Display adjustments: aliquotted holiday entitlement, employment relationships: The aliquotted holiday entitlement is now displayed in the time recording. There is also a new display for employment relationships. If an employment relationship follows on from a previous one, this is indicated by a chain symbol.
Connect route and systems: The route and the associated assets can now also be displayed in the time entries. This facilitates the overview and management of journeys and associated resources.
